These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the RafaBids website and services (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

By using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.
2. Description of the Service
RafaBids is a nonprofit bidding service that connects small businesses with government contracting opportunities. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice.
3. User Accounts and Registration
Some parts of the Service may require you to register or provide information about your business. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep that information up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials.

- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its servers

The Service may include information about projects and opportunities from third parties, including government agencies. RafaBids does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any third-party content and is not responsible for any decisions made based on it.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. RafaBids does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RafaBids shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in San Diego County, California.
